For many years, a group of friends has broadcast for 24+ hours around the Winter Solstice, to help add some light to the longest night of the year. The shows vary, a mix of music, stories, poetry, etc..
The broadcast gas begun… My piece of the broadcast, the Solstice Programme, airs at 10pm on Sunday, December 20th.

While I travel for the holidays for several weeks, I’ll be presenting several “classic” episodes from the programme vaults (as well as one new, prerecorded episode on 12/20).
This first one out of the vaults is the second ever episode of the programme (and the first I remembered to click “record” on).
Production and quality wise, it is embarassing. But there is some good music featured here and I figured programme loyalists would get a kick out of hearing how much worse I used to be. :)
